This is a complete control deck upgrade kit for the Street Fighter Arcade1Up machine. The kit works with the installed game board. 12v buttons for easy install. Here is whats included

CAME IN PERFECT CONDITION BUT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 15 LED LIGHT UP BUTTONS TOTAL AND ONLY HAVE 14, SO THIS IS THE REASON FOR MY 4 STAR REVIEW, NO WORRIES I CAN ORDER AN EXTRA BUTTON LATER....TO OTHERS ORDERING THIS PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS SENDER AND COMPANY INCLUDES ALL OF YOUR LED BUTTONS

So good I bought ANOTHER

I bought this for my TMNT cab and then bought another kit for my defender cab. Both have the same number of buttons. Excellent quality. Everything works well.

I reached out to Shane and told him that the LED kit I ordered for my Arcade1up, the 3 of the buttons came in with cracked and just simply asked to replace them. The buttons were installed properly without any force or tools. Simply hand tight. Instead Shane accused me of over tightening it with tools on top mount and one button had moisture, which it did not. He also stated that there's no profit margin for the company if he had to send a replacement. His suggestion were to return the entire kit. He claimed he's sold 1,000's of these for over 20 years and never seen anything like it. I'm not here to know the history of the company. I just want them ti simply replaced. At this point replacing the 3 buttons which cost $5.97 instead I'm leaving this bad review for future customers so you know what type of service they provide. For $5.97 Shane, will leave a dissatisfied customer and a bad review on their website. It could’ve been so simple🤷‍♂️

Hi, thank you for the feedback. You have had this order for over 2 weeks and you just now 'discovered' there were cracks in the buttons. From what you submitted it simply appears that the yellow and green have moisture trapped under them and the p1 looks possible chipped? If the P1 was actually chipped then there would have been plastic in the individual bags they are packaged in and you would have known the second you pulled it out of the package, not 2+ weeks later. When on the 2nd reply in you threaten 'bad feedback' then that is pretty much where the customer support stops. We advised you to return them for a full refund at that point because when customers show this behavior there is typically no appeasing them. You can never make everyone happy, its a part of business. Good luck in your future arcade builds.

Was really easy to install, really appreciated that the kit had everything you would need to basically plug and play the buttons and the plungers felt good to press down and the shipping was fast, absolutely no complaints!
