I bought the light gun mini pc build and have added more games to it. It’s great for beginners.

Only downfall is the cost of the sinden light guns. I HAVE YET to buy even one. Someday!

I needed support with some games that were personal favorites of mine, and ai wanted them to run as smooth as possible.

Shane in support was awesome. Took the time to personally test them, and find the best settings, and offer a solution. Great service, response was right away. If you love shooting games, get this. It is everything you want.

Minor mix up with the power supply provided. It was quickly resolved and I was up in running a day later than expected. Great customer service with dealing with the issue!

So I purchased the couch potato version which has over 5000 games pre installed. My first take was.. Meh, the pre installed games really just seem like filler titles. Mostly sports on the retro consoles. No Mike Tysons punch out surprisingly.. So that's a little disappointing. Also many games just wouldn't load when I first received it so there is that also. I am no tech wiz so I was getting discouraged but for some reason a few games that wouldn't load started to work after I turned the system off for a few days. Which is why I have 4 stars. The light gun games seem to work decent. At least the few I could get to load. Area 51 has some lag and slow down but it's playable. There are several duplicates in the light gun section which is odd. But fine. The PS3 games just don't work at all. Which they said probably wouldn't work. I don't understand why they were added if there was a chance they wouldn't work. But at least they are honest about it. So for the few games I've tested and would load worked just fine. Carnevil worked surprisingly well and was fun. Operation wolf worker flawless but has several versions from different consoles. I'm not sure why. The arcade version is the best so why add the Sega master system version? They did that to a lot of the games. So it's just more filler titles that won't be played. So that's the negative part. There is a lot of positives. There are still a lot of light gun games that load and work perfectly. I have the original retro shooter guns and with the 4 IR sensors everything works perfectly as described. It feeds the light gun fix and is still fun. The arcade section of games has 1316 games so there is a lot to keep you gaming. They also included Daphne and all the games I've tried have worked flawless.. Which is amazing!! Several games I haven't seen since I was a kid. Astron belt, Cobra Command, cliff hanger, etc... This mini PC is worthy of 5 stars but the over abundance of sports tiles and games that wouldn't load lowered the score for me. It's still a fantastic product for those of us that don't have the technical skill to make our own. It would have been nice to have an instruction manual on how the system operates though. I'd say keep up the good work, choose less filler and sports titles, are more current or newer arcade style light gun games and less of the home console versions. Thats just a few of my positives and negatives. It's a awesome plug and play and I am looking forward to what you all come up with next. Good job Diy team.

Worked right away. Loving it so far

I really enjoyed there is finally a company that is making a product that's finally a basic plug and play system. However. I purchased the couch potato version which I've been enjoying But I feel for the price there should be more of selection arcade games over all. It definitely would've been 5 stars if there were. I do definitely like the system and I am happy with it.

I purchased a drop in Arcade1up to Batocera upgrade. I'm giving the review on customer service: I won't be able to get this installed until next week. Everything is exactly as described in their help docs, and I am confident I have everything I need to install my own upgrade. They have some great help videos on their YouTube channel showing how to do the steps that are unclear, such as disconnecting the monitor from the Arcade1up board. When I reached out with questions they were quick, friendly and detailed in their response.

Amazing had bunch of fun I would say for your systems ship them out with the auto adjusts on when I first plugged mine in half of the games did not work but when I went to settings I switched over all of the display settings to auto adjust for different TVs and then all of the games worked also I'm looking into buying another system for my dad the light guns and the arcade package do you guys know of any arcade controllers with the joystick and the buttons on the side that work with your system I don't want to get him a controller he doesn't really like any of the controllers whether be Playstation Xbox or anything like that he doesn't like how they feel in his hand but he really does like the arcade style joystick with the buttons next to the joystick
